20 Qualified Calls. Guaranteed.

If we don't deliver 20 qualified sales conversations in your first 90 days, we keep working for free until we do. No tricks. No hidden terms. Everything is defined on this page — and in your SOW.

What "qualified call" means — exactly

A guarantee without definitions is marketing. Here are the definitions.

check_circle

Meeting held

The call must actually happen. Booked-then-ghosted doesn't count toward the 20 — for either of us.

target

Matches your ICP

The contact matches the written ICP we agree on in week one. Criteria are documented before the first email sends.

Decision-maker

The attendee is a decision-maker or direct influencer on the relevant budget — not an intern doing vendor research.

The Make-Good

Fewer than 20 by day 90? We keep working. Free.

If we're short of 20 qualified calls at day 90 — and you've met your obligations — work continues at no cost until call #20 is delivered. Our cost is time, not excuses. This isn't generosity; it's confidence. And it only works because we're selective about who we take on.

Why not a refund? A refund lets a vendor fail and walk away. A make-good forces us to finish the job. You want the calls, not your money back — so that's what the guarantee delivers.

Client obligations — why they exist

The guarantee is a two-way contract. These obligations are in every SOW, and they're what makes the promise safe to make.

timer

Approve assets within 3 business days

Sequences, landing copy, and ICP documents need your sign-off to ship. Approvals delayed more than 1 week cumulative pause the guarantee clock — it restarts once we're unblocked.

key

Provide access on time

Domains, email accounts, CRM, analytics — granted in week one. The engine can't run on infrastructure we can't touch.

target

No ICP changes mid-sprint

We agree the ICP in week one and hunt it for 90 days. Pivot the ICP mid-flight and we re-spec the engagement — the old clock can't survive a new target.

outgoing_mail

Keep sending live

Pausing outbound more than 3 days stops the clock while paused. Warmed domains and mid-sequence prospects both decay when the machine sits idle.

"We've built 40+ outbound engines. If your ICP is real and you're not a tire-kicker, we're confident we'll deliver 20 calls. The guarantee isn't us being nice — it's us being confident. The obligations clause just filters out the engagements where confidence would be misplaced."
— Aashish Maske, Founder

The 90-day path to call #20

The guarantee isn't a bet — it's a schedule. These are the milestones every engagement tracks against, visible to you in the shared dashboard from day one.

Week 1

Baseline captured, ICP agreed in writing, guarantee clock starts. The definition of "qualified" is signed before any sequence sends.

Week 3

Infrastructure warmed, sequences live, first qualified meetings typically held. Early replies validate ICP and offer.

Week 6–8

10+ calls held on trend. Volume ramps only while reply quality holds; misses trigger fixes upstream, not more sending.

Day 90

20+ qualified calls held — or the make-good activates automatically: same team, same system, zero further cost until #20 lands.

Why we can afford to guarantee what agencies won't

1. The system is proven

40+ outbound engines built on the same playbook: ICP first, warmed infrastructure, message-market fit before volume. The variance left is small enough to underwrite.

2. We're selective

The guarantee is priced into who we take on. If the discovery call shows your market, deal size, or product can't support 20 qualified calls in 90 days, we say so and don't take the engagement.

3. Incentives are aligned

A make-good costs us real hours, so every internal decision optimizes for calls held — not activity reported. The guarantee isn't marketing; it's our own forcing function.

Guarantee questions

What if all 20 calls are qualified but none convert?

The guarantee covers booked-and-held qualified calls — the top of the funnel we control. Closing is a shared job. That said: if reply rates are 2%+ and deliverability is healthy but conversions lag, the problem is usually the discovery call itself — which is a separate, fixable audit.

What if the market just isn't there?

This is exactly why the ICP gets validated in week one, before the guarantee clock matters. If the ICP is viable — real companies, real budget, reachable buyers — the market is there. If week-one validation says it isn't, we fix the ICP before sending a single email.

Can I extend the 90-day window?

No. Ninety days is the window; that's what makes it a real commitment on our side. If you want sustained pipeline after the sprint, that's the retainer conversation.

When exactly does the guarantee go void?

Four cases, all in the SOW: (1) ICP changed mid-sprint, (2) approvals delayed more than 1 week cumulative, (3) sending paused more than 3 days at your request, (4) domains/tools access not provided on time. In cases 2–4 the clock pauses and restarts — the guarantee only fully voids on an ICP change, and even then we re-spec rather than walk away.

Why can you offer this when agencies can't?

Agencies guarantee nothing because juniors run the accounts and the economics can't absorb a make-good. Here the operator runs every engagement, delivery cost is time, and we only take clients whose ICP we believe we can hit. Selectivity is the subsidy.

Ready to be guaranteed?

The guarantee isn't for tire-kickers — and the discovery call is where we both find out if we're a fit.
