Terms of Service

1. About this site

This website describes the consulting services of Nexargate. Content is provided for information; nothing here forms a contract. Engagements are governed by a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Engagement terms (summary)

• 50% of fees upfront, 50% net-15. Work begins after the first payment.
• Retainers: 3-month minimum, then monthly auto-renewal with 30-day notice.
• Late payment pauses work automatically 7 days after a missed payment; 1.5%/month late fee applies.
• The 20-call guarantee operates per the definitions and obligations published on the guarantee page and specified in the SOW.
• IP in deliverables transfers on full payment. Liability is capped at fees paid.

3. No guarantees of revenue

The guarantee covers qualified sales calls as defined in writing. It does not promise closed deals, revenue, or funding outcomes — those depend on factors outside our control, including your product, pricing, and sales execution.

4. Content & resources

Free resources (templates, playbooks, calculators) are provided as-is for your own business use. Don't resell or republish them as your own.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping at abusive volume, no attempts to breach security, no unlawful use of any material.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site means acceptance.
